So you know who we are and have checked out our portfolio. All you need to do now is gather up some info, pop it in a email and send it to us. We will reply back as soon as we can.

Collect Information

Start by giving us as much information as you can about your business and what you want from your website. Think about the following points

• Business information (Your name, address, Company name, logo)
• What is the purpose of your website. (Advertising, News, Events, Personal, etc)
• Define your target audience
• Decide on a theme (colours, fonts, logo, pictures, borders, bullet points, etc)
• Find a valid domain name (eg. www.yourdomain.co.uk, www.yourdomain.com)
• Create a key phrase (eg. "hand car wash" or "afffordable website design")
• Ideas on layout or website structure (Sitemap or hierarchy)
• Web content (headings, text, images)
• Budget
• Any other relevent information

Design

For more complex websites, this is the stage at which the database structure is designed. The sitemap of the web pages is confirmed and a master page is created.

Optimise

We use webpage optimisation, keyword selection and link building to get your website as high ranked as possible. Website optimisation is achieved by focusing your website towards the right audience by using keywords that a prospective customer types into their favourite search engine. We know exactly where to put your keywords to ensure your website has the best chance of appearing on all the search engines.

Develop

This is where it all starts to look like a webite. All the information is entered into the designed template. The agreed theme is applied and all the funcionality is thoroughly checked.

Assess

At this stage we will post the site to a temporary domain for you to check. You can then advise us of any modifications.

Publish

When you are completely happy with the finished product, we then compile and publish your website onto our internet server for the world to see.

Search Engine Submission

Getting to the top of the search engines is a crucial part of any web site design project. Your snazzy new website is no good without exposure to the right audience. There are probably customers already looking on the internet right now for the service that you provide. People these days are generally in a hurry and will choose from small selection of what they can find on their favourite search engine.

Maintain

We are aware that all websites will, at some point, require maintenance or updating as your business evolves or ideas and technologies change. With that in mind, we design all our websites from scratch with ASP.NET and C# (if you don't understand what that is, it doesn't matter because we do). We use a tried and tested structured and logical procedure and always document all C# code that we create. This allows for any updates or expansion to be quick and simple when required.

Email Accounts

Using your domain we will create as many unique email addresses as required. You can access you email using POP or from anywhere using our webmail service.
